Light golden hay in color. Nose of slight topical kiwi and kafir lime. Fruit forward with tartness of grapefruit. Slight buttery texture. Full dry and crisp with a hint of bitter citrus rind. Paired with Japanese style mussels and Thai fish noodle soup. Went well. Nothing wrong with the wine.
