Beautiful wine. Slightly oxidized as is typical for Jura. Almond, toast, dried orange peel. Medium acidity but perfectly balanced with the mellowness of being seven years old. Paired perfectly with croûte forestière.

Medium plus to deep gold. Signs of oxidation. Honey, orange marmalade, ginger chutney, hay, lemon poppyseed muffins, pumpkin muffins, almond, flowers, bruised yellow apples. Medium acidity, medium sugar, medium alcohol. Guessed it to be an older Chardonnay.
