Colour: good transparency and brightness; pale yellow/hay, not too much colour.
Nose: Vanilla, oak flavours quite evident since the attack, then a bit of citrus, quite ripe apples and pears – hint of floral notes (jasmine, rose) coming through in the background, although this not too evident. Quite balance overall, but not outstanding.
Palate: Medium in body, bit buttery with a smooth acidity. Smoky hints combined with citrus. Pleasant to drink although not outstanding, it lacks a bit of complexity and character.
