Hint of oak, tart fruit, minearality and soft yellow flowers on the nose. Med body, high acid, crisp acidic, minerality and acidic kick on the back followed by soft yellow peach and yellow apple fruitness. Balanced chenin, drunk with salad(black kale, black gsrlic, black rice, chicken.
Good lairing with asian vinegrattr.
