This is a Naramata diamond. We met the winemaker at the winery tasting and he seems like an ambitious young guy eager to show what he can do. While the vines are old the winemaking here is young which makes me think there is some good consulting engaged here. This pinot gris has polish and I'd buy it again at the price in a heartbeat. It will be fun to see how their facility fills out as they finish construction before our next Naramata visit. Well done, and the pinot gris is the expression to try here.
