This is classic Walla Walla red, rich and full-bodied, with nice earthy mocha tones.

Nice fine gritty tannins to go along with the cassis, black cherry,
Mocha thing going on. It's a really good wine.

Actually disliked at first. Way too oaky and unbalanced at first but what a difference 20 minutes makes. The over oaked flavor mellowed in a lovely wine with some time

Triple cream Brie, black pepper salami and this beautiful wine. Dinner in a hotel room does not get much better.

Well made wine, just could have used something else to it. Just kinda meh.

Solid Cabernet Sauvignon from Washington State's Walla Walla Valley. Good fruit and earthiness. Clean and good production qualities. Still, something about it that makes it just a little too smooth. 2013 vintage, aided with 20 minutes and some rigorous aeration in the glass.

Big bold dark currant earthy Cab from one of our favorite Walla Walla wineries. Dry tannins and a firm acidity finish. Delicious wine, but may be too much served on its own.
