Oaked Chard. This is more rounded next to Lechuza's stainless steel chard. Softer and more integrated but a lot of the same yeasty, nutty and orange peel notes, which go well with the subtle vanilla from the oak.

Stainless Steel Chardonnay. Very different and interesting compared to the typical California Chard. Sort of a left turn from the fruit and oak you normally get. This is less fruity and instead very yeasty with the nuttiness of Champaign, and strong orange peel. Taste grapefruit along with yeast and nut. The body is medium and has the nice rich texture you normally get from a CA chard.
