Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon

'12 inexpensive decent wine, not overripe

Nice body but a little sweet.

Balanced fruit, punches up, tannins and acid are great, black berry, pepper black finish

Lacks structure and is overcompensated by some aggressive oak, but varietally correct and can’t beat the price.

Enjoyable juicy cab, very smooth, great with steak or a meat and cheese plate

Very fruity Cab but one of my favorites. Great with a nice meal with beef

A bit too jammy for a cab, but not terrible. Opened up well after being opened for a night.
