Blackberries, roasted plum, pottery soil, pencil shavings, bell pepper, iron. Moderate acid, minimal smooth velvet tannins, juicy-silky texture, medium bodied, fruity-earthy-slightly smoky finish. Biodynamic. Polished, felt like an evolved soif style. Recommend anything from Domaine de Juchepie.
