Fresh citrus, without the overbearing grapefruit that I don't like. Lemon rind with a dry stone minerality. A slight green fruit wood on the finish. Medium-bodied. Heavier and more complex than expected for a sauv blanc. High acid.

Not quite what I expected. I wanted crisp and refreshing but it seems fuller bodied and sweeter. More like à chardonnay than sauvignon blanc.
