A surprise, terrific in the nose, chéries with a wee bit of smudge that gives Cabernet franc an extra layer of complexity if done right. Strong tannic impression on the palate that did not improve on the second day, could use some time still, to re-evaluate in a couple of years. Nonetheless, great value.
