Tasted blind: Age shows with firm fading. Nose of olive tapande, tar, dried leaves, blackcherry, plum. Herbaceous nature shows too. Palate confirms a slickness, with linear, softening tannin. Pine sap, cranberry and plum. Chewy finish. Amazing length. Called this 05 Pauillac. Drink now, this is firing on all cylinders.
