Pale lemon in color with a yellow tint.

Nice nose of lemons, citrus, light wood, light vanilla, yellow apples, spices, light tropical fruits and bananas.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with lemons, citrus, green apples, light grapefruits, limes, light wood, earth, vanilla, spices and white pepper.

Long finish with tangy citrus fruits.

This is great Sauvignon Blanc from Rutherford in Napa Valley. Nicely balanced and spicy, with a great mouthfeel.

Showing nice complexity with a little bit of oak and vanilla notes, but not overwhelming at all.

Alcohol is well-balanced as well, although high, so watch out.

Good by itself or with food. I paired it with fresh oysters. Delicious.

Aged for 8 months in 20% New French oak barrels. A small production of only 50 cases.

14.2% alcohol by volume.

92 points.
