Well aged and deep in colour. Not particularly aromatic. A good incisive acidity and firm tannins. Fine elegance.

Smooth, thin body, with faint smells and flavors of sweet berries. Not as robust as I was expecting for a Bordeaux, but it still paired nicely with crackers and manchego cheese.
