A dark ruby red, the '08 Le Cadeau Pinot Noir 'Diversité' was my favorite of the five different parcels produced in 2008. Gobs of violet floral notes mixed with scents of incense, dark raspberry and black cherry. Intense sweet flavors of dark fruit coated the palate before the savory and lengthy finish. Well structured and superbly balanced. Yummy.
