Delicious wine at an exceptional value - little did I know that this wine is practically the "little brother" of Chateauneuf du Pape! Long finishing notes of fresh bing cherries, raspberry, and spice. Beautiful aromatics of sweet red fruit, herbs, rock, and blackberries.

Classic affordable Vacqueyras. GSM blend 50/40/10. Smooth and balanced food wine, with good acidity and a touch of spice/black pepper. Had with filet and brandy cream sauce. Was perfect. Would definitely have again. 2014.
