Funky ripe juicy fruity CabFranc with some leather and spices. Little bit bubbly. Raw wine character, wild. Little bit of tannins, pomegranate peel.

Nice and acidic, raspberry and grows in depth with some time. Would be good for a summer afternoon

Tangy raspberry fruit, it starts out with a distinct "natural wine" carbonic funk, which blows off after a few minutes, as does a fun hit of cinnamon on the finish which is replaced by a bit of pyrazines. Not for the acid averse, but strangely compelling, it is hard to stop drinking.
