Bought this wine from Union Square Wine & Spirits. Was looking for a white wine with good nose and floral notes. Immediately tasted the honey and pear, some green apple. The wine got heavier, more syrup-like with time, tasting something similar to caramel. Still didn't love this wine, but I enjoyed it more than my last purchase.

Nose has sweet honeysuckle & yellow flower that vanishes into a wet funk. Bitter vegetal grass notes with high minerality. Wet stone, yellow flower, lemon rind, and tart yellow apple. Dry. Medium-plus acidity.
