It still keeps the gewuztraminer notes (lychee, flowers) and some citrus and peach from the Chardonnay. I detect honeyed aromas on the nose coming from the ageing on the bottle as well as a bit of almond. It's relatively long on the mouth but has very little acidity left. Some oaky notes are detectable on the palate as well.
