An incessantly pretty light golden color in the glass. The nose is initially just a bit shy but really blossoms into something special after a little time. Golden apples and lemon peel with an abundance of brioche aromas. There’s a pleasant underlying herbal touch here, as well.
Pure Chardonnay from the Grand Cru village of Le Mesnil sur Oger. This does take a bit of time to properly open up in the glass but you will be rewarded. Refreshing and vibrant, this lingers on the tongue delightfully.
Well defined with impeccable structure, this is alive in the mouth. A burst of tropical fruit with a touch of menthol that goes a long way. Still so youthful this has years and years to go potentially. Drink one every other year.
