Nope. Didn't have any taste of valp. Ripasso on it. Way too young at that.

Tasted like an over-oaked Italian red. The kind of over-oaking that makes you wonder if they simply forgot they had wine in those barrels.

Opened 2 days ago, now starts to show black cherries, leather notes and chewy tannins

A little too sweet for me

Drinking perfectly.

Bitter chocolate and dusty earth on the nose. Mint, green pepper, coconut and redcurrant flavors have a Bordeaux like profile.

Very interesting texturally
