Named after the surrounding landscape, from 65+ year old vines at an altitude of almost 3,300 feet and aged for 12 months in 500 L French oak barrels, this 100% Garnacha is a delight to drink. Dark Ruby with sweet aromas of dark berries. The palate shows a full body wine with ripe sweet strawberry and cherry, almost chewy, with some vanilla spice with cacao notes. The medium finish shows fine tannins a touch of oak and mineral tang ending. Very nice! Small production!
