Las Perdices
Reserva Don Juan Malbec Blend
Wednesday Wine Committee. 1 sparkler, 3 whites, 4 reds and 1 dessert wine. Blind as usual.
I picked up what seemed to be a touch of American oak coconut/dill followed by a very dark fruit profile showing plum, blackberries and currant, with a small dash of rhubarb. Black pepper spice finish. I called this Spanish Grenache.
