Fantastic sparkling wine. Very lively and masterful balance of sweetness to dryness. Slight pink hue. Clean, short finish.

this is good, not great. the color is gorgeous copper, but neither offers toast or clean finish on the nose. underripe berry, slight nuttiness. would rather age this -
