Really sad to get to the end of this btl. Cairdeas isn't made the same twice it seems. In perfect world I'd personally like to hv a hint less alc but this was complex, delicious and fun! Appreciation of Islay for me goes back first to 2006 (ish) at the Spirits Certification with Doug Frost and later with my dads Fascination with it.
