Brilliant light garnet. Delightful nose of bramble fruit, menthol and a savory hint of bacon fat. Full bodied, balanced with assuring acidity, full fruit flavors and a medium finish. For $19 it's tough to beat. 14% abv.

Full bodied, ascidity makes it light in texture. Smoke, rasperry, mushroom notes. Bright, acidic, slightly funky. Probably drinks well with steak, barbecue specifically. But alone, it falls flat for me. Finish is weak.

A note - after an hour, it improves. Let it breathe and then you get the fullness of the fruit.
