Deep purple. Nose of plum, baked blueberry, and classic eucalyptus. Palate shins with bright red and black fruit, with leather and tobacco in the background. Tannins are there, but softened, and well checked. No signs of heat. This vintage is showing softer fruits and greater balance than previous. Solid stuff!
