Didn't make it to full dryness. That being said, extremely fresh. The cherries really leap out and a good hit of some of that Australian strawberry liquorice and touch of forest floor. Quaffable.

Very light, a tad sweet but the oaky dry finish rounds out the taste nicely.

Well balanced; slightly sweet and a touch of dryness. It turns bitter the longer it sits though.
