vibrant fresh red cherries, delicate red roses, white peppers, bit of rosemary aromas on the end. delicate aromas. med body, med p acidity, smooth, easy chianti classico with fair amount of acidity and tons of minerality on the back bone. bruschetta or cold tomato pasta, caprese can be good with this one, not quite rich for fiorentina. maybe pizza, everyday drinking wine.
