This style fits the Northern Italian mold; light, floral, and dry. The texture is oily and allows for a little more firm cuisine. Notes of bruised apples, lemon peel, tangerine, mango, ginger, potpourri, dandelion oil, wet concrete, and pink salt flourish. Drinking a little late, but no need to hit the panic button. Seneca Lake proves again and again to be a tight microclimate for these German varietals.
