Full bodied and bold with medium acidity and long legs.
Dry and extremely fruity on the palate with great complexity and mouthfeel.
Long finish with fine tannins.
Good right out of the bottle and better as it opens up (3 hours).

Mountain fruit feel, loads of wild cherry, florals, and silky tannins. Always love a good Melka wine.

At this age, the dark fruit while luscious was overpowered by the chewy tannins. Chocolate notes as well. Slight acidity sets this up to be a nice wine down the road. Drinking a bit hot now. Needs time but has the stuffing.
