Willow creek area for the Optimus blend 2014 super dense and intense on second day inky high top of tongue serve it a little chilled to cover the 14.8 burn

Drank over two days, a really fragrant Bordeaux style blend. Drying tannins smooth out with time but this is great from the get go. Very complex with so many flavours on the nose and the palate, hard to describe everything that’s going on. Really good wine, excellent now with loads of ongoing potential.

Jammy with deep purple fruit. Takes time to open up. Paired with meats

This was drinking fantastic last night. Aromas poured out of the glass. Gorgeous. 98 Parker pointer.

Beautiful, elegant Central Coast blend. Tasted at the winery and picked up two bottles (less than 2 cases left). The 2014 just got 100 points from Parker.
