This wine is still a beauty at 12 years old. The nose is stone laced with exotic fruits of pineapple and mango. The palate is richer than expected with layers of stone and mineral and just a touch of peach pit and honey along with still very alive acidity. The finish is long and very crisp with continued warm acidity and just a touch of bitter lemon pith.

Jul 28th, 2016I haven't tasted this wine since I was at the winery in Austria. I had forgotten how crisp fresh and delicate it is. I highly recommend it. If you are in Rochester NY, you can find this wine. So lucky!
