Aug 17th, 2025Good floral nose that's acidic and carries through to palate. On the lean and mean side with mouth puckering acidity and minerals that lasts long into finish. Great balance and food friendly. Still fresh tasting at close to 9 years! Notes of green apples and yes hints of honeydew. Great Value for $13 back then. Paired great with clams and linguine.
