Not sure how to rate this which may be the answer. Nothing stands out. Pleasant but fairly ordinary. I think the bottle may be the coolest thing about this wine. Had this again several months later and enjoyed it more. Increased my rating to 8.7 from 8.2.

Gotta love pirate wine in a grog bottle. Yo ho! She's got legs! Deep purple color cranberry rim. Opened almost a week ago and still young and hearty. This will open up nicely on a week long cruise on the high seas!
