Better as it opened up. The nose faded fast though and I’m assuming this is whole cluster since it certainly has that bramble/green on the palate and finish

Really well balanced wine. Dark, dark berry color. Full bodied, but not overpowering. It was great to drink right at the start and interestingly the tannins began to show themselves after an hour or so. The next day it was great, day 3 even better so I would bet this could age a bit longer and do so very well. Looking forward to the next one!

Oh my. This may be my favorite for 2019 thus far. Perfect in every way. Friends in town so I opened this one and despite its youth, it was ridiculously good. Not overdone, was wonderfully complex and evolved. Silky tannins and a fantastic long finish.
