Gavi dei Gavi Bianco Secco Cortese

This was a good white but didn’t blow me away. Very pretty color and remember the nose was pear and apple. Crisp and drinkable. Good to get a dinner party warmed up w some fruit and cheese.

Not a strong nose and not a strong flavor to accompany it. Too safe in my opinion. Not much there. But still drinkable.
