Puglia Aglianico

The fruits run juicy to dry. Blackberries, dark cherries, cooked strawberries perseveres, black anise cola, dry red roses, dry dark soil, dry crushed rocks, medium acid and a decent but dry finish.

Lighter than some Aglianico. Notes of dark cherry, cocoa, and cedar. Not too harsh on the tannin. Pairs well with grilled meat.
