After finishing a previously opened Malbec, I opened this bottle for a second glass of wine. Compared to the first vintage, the taste was off. I vacuum sealed it for another day. The second time I poured a glass, the wine was excellent when paired with pot roast and root vegetables. It has a deep red color and good balance.
