I paired it with Parmesan cheese and crackers.

This spicy Garnacha from Spain is drinking nicely now with mild complexity, but not fully balanced. Showing some green notes and nice fruits, soft mouthfeel and a tangy finish.
Good by itself or with food. Needs an hour to open up properly. Not good right out of the bottle. A good everyday red wine at a great price point.

Hints of dried berry on nose and palette. Mildly spicy, but not strongly. Medium body, immensely drinkable without being too boring or light. Pair with anything or nothing. Totally a steal for the price. Thanks, Spain.

Apr 19th, 2017This is a refined red with depth. Smooth, dark plum. Uniquely delicious. Nice alternative if you usually drink big reds and want something complex, but a bit more nuanced.
