1450本作られた内の1本。100%全房のまま、天然酵母を用いて3週間、木樽で発酵。17ヶ月の樽熟成。樹齢は50年との事。古木のせいか、濃いルビーレッド。ラムネのような爽やかな酸の香り。結構なタンニンを持ってるし、酸味も感じるけど、うざくない。すげーんまい。
