Oh Mama! It has been a while since I got to try this. Smoky with tobacco notes to accompany that dark Howell Mtn fruit. Finish is more dark red cherries and the tannins are really well integrated. Damn, I wish I hadn't sold all of this back when we had it in Chicago, I want a bottle for home!

I've had the 2004 Howell Mtn and it was awesome. I can only imagine what this will be like. Needs another 3-5 yrs at minimum, or really good decanting.
