This is one of the weirder wines I've ever had. Electric upon opening. Noticeable CO2 and effervescence out of the gate. Once we let it open up it calmed down and the gamay stood out. Lots of fresh picked berry and tart juice. Fun biodynamic and weird wine, scared me at first.
