Pale amber in colour. Peach, pear, orange rinds and a hint of lint on the nose. Tart tatin, salinity, hibiscus, and cranberry. Creamy mouthfeel, with hints of spices that linger. The thing that comes to mind is that it really is a wine of place, something distinct.
