Lots of dark violet floral character intermingled with leather on the nose. The dark cherry and ripened raspberry livens up the otherwise darker and drier components. This is more acid than tannin driven wine. This evolves into black pepper and finishes into the dried floral. The fruit carries all the way through to the end.
