This French Red is made from Gamay & Pinot Noir. It's the colour of a beautiful red rose and has a rather earthy/farmy aroma to it with some currant and cacao coming through. It has a super interesting and indescribable mouthfeel - very intriguing and for some reason it made me crave game meat! A definite quaffable dinner party wine that adds a bit of intrigue with its gingery spice and savouriness. This vino really grew on me and was lovely slightly chilled in the Perth warmth.
