抜栓当初は酸味が強く感じられたが、1時間ほどしてから落ち着き、ブルゴーニュらしいサクマのイチゴキャンディーに黒胡椒。梅や出汁の感じもある。2日目に期待したが、スカスカに。この値段だともう少しで村名クラスが買えてしまうのが悩みどころ。
