Strawberry, plum and forest aroma. Enough thickness. Raspberry. Balanced acidity. Good taste. This is - La Gibryotte which is made by son of Claude dugat. A bit easy to drink despite of young vintage. 2019 @1680, tatong, 230318

抜栓当初は酸味が強く感じられたが、1時間ほどしてから落ち着き、ブルゴーニュらしいサクマのイチゴキャンディーに黒胡椒。梅や出汁の感じもある。2日目に期待したが、スカスカに。この値段だともう少しで村名クラスが買えてしまうのが悩みどころ。

Pinot that is mineral full. Smooth. No lingering on the palate. Light acid

Drank this on July 3 with Brad. Light red. Very refreshing

Young Bourgogne, but good finish with a bit sour. Good balance and marriage with wash cheese. 2011 vintage. At Petit Marche.
