Punchy, bodied amarone. Clocking in at 16.5% ABV with medium-high+ acidity. Leather and peppercorns on the nose, bright red cherries, more peppercorns, and a hint of cinnamon on the palate on a long tail. Very classic amarone style. Have no idea where I got this bottle from but it was a nice one to open for Father's Day!

Was really disappointed with this Amarone, first one ever that I have not enjoyed. Was harsh and generally the opposite of the fruity and smooth, velvety, deep and intense experience...
