Finally got around to drinking another bottle of this. It’s fairly enjoyable but I’m missing depth and complexity. When it was first uncorked there was heavy vanilla but that’s faded back after being open a couple of days.

Dandy #ventoux for a warm early summer day. Fruit forward with medium tannins and a kind finish. There's not many layers here so it's probably a young wine.
