No formal notes: bit astringent on finish, hot through mid palate - had that Priorato Schist and a legit flavor profile, just lacked polish

Nice priorat. Nothing too special, but very enjoyable.

Nice peppery smell. Tickles the nose. The taste is peppery with black berries. A nice strong attack with angry tannins. A bit one dimensional. Maybe the taste opens up a little when it has spent longer in the decanter.
